- Registration closes for each tournament two weeks before the start date.
- The Tour will span five months, with one outing per month on a designated Saturday.
- Each outing will follow a random draw for partners and a two-man scramble format.
- The top five teams in each tournament will be declared winners.
- Teams will be drawn live two weeks before the tournament date to determine partners.
- Green Fees will be due at the course upon arrival. You could also pay for green fees online via the payment screen
- Some courses require green fees to be paid ahead of time. We will have you pay the green fees for those courses 2 weeks before tee time via the online checkout.
- We will be playing from Blue Tees in each Tournament
3. ARE HANDICAPS WORKED INTO THE TOURNAMENTS?
- There are no Handicaps.
- This is random draw.
- Despite the feelings towards having handicaps, we decided the only way to be completely fair, is random draw.
- Our goal for season 2 is to have flighted groups.
4. WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP FEES AND WHAT DO THEY GO TOWARDS?
- Membership fees are $50 per tournament and go towards the prize pool for 1st-5th place, closest to the pin, longest drive, longest putt, or various other competitions we may have at that individual course. Additionally, 20% of the membership fee will be allocated towards the individual contest for 1st-10th place at the end of the year and for any additional costs that may accrue for each event.
5. WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL RANKINGS?
- A season-long individual ranking will be determined based on participants' performance across the five outings.
- Rankings will be calculated using the combined scores of each player with their partners at each tournament.
6. WHAT IS THE HOLE IN ONE CHALLENGE?
- The Hole in One Challenge is a par 3 hole-in-one competition where the first player to hit a hole-in-one may win anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000. This will be paid out through our designated hole-in-one insurance partner.
- There will be an official witness at each hole n one to verify information and record all hole in one opportunities.
- In the event that your partner can not make it the day of the Tournament, you will be rewarded your partners registration fee.
- You will be able to hit 2 balls, but will have to play your 2nd shot if you choose to hit again. There is no choosing one shot or the other. Once you hit your 2nd shot, that ball is the one you will be playing.
- Each team is responsible for ensuring fair play within their groups. If any unfair play is witnessed, the offending team will be disqualified from the tournament, and their score will be null and void. Additionally, they will be disqualified from the next tournament and the end-of-year competition.
- Participants can miss only one tournament during the summer. Their highest score from the other four tournaments will replace the score of the missed tournament.
- You will finish the course and shoot two balls. refer to number 7 on the list for play.
- There will be no refunds on missed tournaments. If you plan on missing a tournament. You must find another player to replace you, or let us know as soon as possible so we can plan on getting a replacement player for your partner.
- Yes, There was be a max score for each team of 90. If you score over a 90 in any tournament. You will receive a 90 for that tournament regarding the end of year individual score.
